Walking outside on a crisp almost clear cool day can really clear your mind. If you have a multitude of thoughts that make you feel like you are trapped in a mosh pit at a head bangers concert and cannot find your way to the bathroom. That solemn stroll in that Fall crisp clean air can help you make sense, or put into a perspective, any problems that may be troubling you.
The technical sense of that paragraph is that is is not the moment of solitude, which solitude does have it’s benefits, it is because that air is actually filled with more oxygen and less pollutants and when you breathe in that air, your blood oxygen content enriches, thus helping you brain function higher than normal.
That makes you think that all those years ago, before the dawn of industrial revolution, was man smarter and healthier because the air then was cleaner? Or has our bodies now come to rely on the pollutants so much that we actually need them to survive?
When I was in the service over 20 years ago, I went from low altitude base, to a high altitude base back to a low altitude and I could tell in the first thirty days each time how difficult it was to function. The body always adjust. The body does not stop. It adapts and overcomes every day's ever changing situation, how we react, what we learn and then pass that information on to the offspring. The human body’s own genetic mutation. That is how the human body adapts.
Then that brings up another thought. Not that it has been proven scientifically, is our bodies just mere vessels for our “life force”? If so, then how is it that we have yet learn to separate from the body? There have been those that claim that they can “leave” their body at will from an altered state and some has in a “dream” state. I have also at a time or two because of what I have dreamed when I was in one part of the world what I was doing in part of another world was actually verified the next day (more on that in another post). Nonetheless, those of us that have left our bodies, either voluntary or involuntary, came back to the same body. And those that left voluntary had said there is a thread that connects us to our bodies. What does that say about those of us that have had the Near Death Experience (Yes, I had one of those also and that is going to be in another post)? Each time, back into the same body. And what about our dream state. Are we really in another reality?
Is it possible to occupy another body? And if so, will we retain what we have learned and know? Has there ever been an attempt to do so? If we are balls of energy as Einstein hypothesized, then it may be possible that we can reenter a body, but only through new growth, and this would pretty much explain why we as humans repeat history, because we have done it before. Those memories, those “mutations” are in the genes and when our energy enters the body, it becomes the after thought. We react and not think.
In all this moment of Clarity, there is so much more to ponder on. As is one person truly smarter than another? Who is to judge our intelligence and how do you really judge intelligence? Just because someone has a doctrine in brain surgery does not necessarily mean they can work on your automobile. Was the intelligence test created because someone who feels threatened by a person without a higher education degree, use it as a means of suppression? Have we let ourselves only think that we can only have a place, a statue in society based on our level of intelligence? After all, if you strip us down to the bare essentials, aren’t we all the same anyway?
The one thing that has remained constant is our ability to have faith. One Book has stood the test of time and many others have copied it and tried to make it the same as it own. Science has yet to disprove the Bible, more so, proved what has been written. Science needs the Bible to survive. If there were no Bible, then science would not be needed to disprove. The Bible fit then, and fits now.
