This is not really a full week. I did however starting using some ideas that occurred to me the past couple of days.
For instance:
My wife likes to shop thrift stores. I look then I sit for the duration of her shopping. What I had done this weekend was I walked to another local store or stores, or just go for a little walk, 15 to 25 minutes out from the store and then back.
Another little trick I started using is to walk a little faster than I normally do, especially at work. I do a lot of walking at work, so I decided to up the pace a little bit. Sometimes I feel like I am really fast until a 90 year old woman passes me not breaking a sweat.
Only supplement I am taking is a one a day vitamin. I am supposed to be anyway and I have been neglecting that aspect.
Tonight I sleep for tomorrow I will start my journey......
